Allison Cook was crowned Miss Oregon USA 2021 and competed at the Miss USA 2021 Pageant in Tulsa, Oklahoma! Throughout her 300 day reign, Allison travelled to over 11 states and to Mexico. She took over 75 flights and surpassed 75 events; including 15 major market interviews. 

As a contestant under the prestigious Pageant's NW ownership group, Allison is grateful for her sponsors and their support.

Allison Cook served as the Official Hostess of the State of Oregon; making over 300 appearances and traveling over 25,000 miles.  She represented our state (Miss Oregon) as a participant in the 2014 Miss America Pageant (September 2013) in Atlantic City, NJ.  She won the 2014 National Tiffany Phillips Scholar-Athlete Award.​
